Participants will receive targeted guidance on implementing ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance) requirements in alignment with 45 CFR 1305. The training also highlights the critical role of Policy Councils and Parent Committees in partnership with management and governing bodies to develop, review, and approve ERSEA criteria. Emphasis will be placed on practical, research-based marketing strategies, family retention approaches, and high- quality customer service practices that support ongoing enrollment and family engagement.
