Offered in both a 90-minute Quick Start Intensive and a 3-hour Deep Dive, this session combines real-world scenarios, ready-to-use tools, and practical strategies to help you lead with clarity, confidence, and impact. Directors will leave with a clear roadmap for their first 90 days and a toolkit of resources to support long-term success.
