About this online workshop
Onboarding is the process by which new hires get adjusted to the social and performance aspects of their jobs quickly and smoothly, and learn the attitudes, knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to function effectively within an organization.
This training will be held via a series of two, two-hour web conferences over two days (participants should attend both sessions). Participation fee includes everyone in your agency and will include a participation certificate for each person.
