The Office of Head Start is looking deeper into the safe practices of Head Start programs nationwide. Reportable child incidents have increased since the pandemic. Several factors may lead to an increase in incidents. This in-depth training is designed to help programs understand the Office of Head Starts requirements for creating and maintaining safe, quality environments. Program leaders will learn strategies to address gaps that may lead to unsafe environment.
