Head Start allows grantee agencies to request to reduce their enrollment slots or convert those slots from Head Start to Early Head Start, called a “change in scope request”. In this training from The Gravely Group, attendees will learn more about the process of applying for a change in scope of their enrolled slots. Attendees will learn how to write an appropriate proposal based on why they need to reduce or convert their slots. And if required, The Gravely Group can also guide agencies on how to best argue their case that they need to maintain their level of funding despite their reduction in enrollment.
